This App make a connection between your iPad/iPhone and your TV. You make the sketch on your iPad/iPhone, and when you are ready you show it on the TV.

Use a HDMI cable as the physical connection between your iPad/iPhone and your TV. Buy cable and socket in your TV store.

Alternative you can start a wireless connection with an AppleTV and your locale network. On iPhone and iPad you start the settings by Swipe from the bottom of the screen to show the help menu and set up the connection. It is in the same location where you setup Air-print.
